talent to join our brigade. We are not just serving food; we are curating an experience. We are looking for
self-starters who are eager to learn, lead, and impress.
Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Compensation: Top Pay for Experience (Weekly Pay Schedule)
Start Date: Immediate / On-the-spot hiring for qualified candidates
Available Positions
We are filling the following roles with experienced professionals.
Sous Chef:
Prospective applicants are required to possess demonstrable leadership experience, supported by
professional references.Candidate selection will include an evaluation of skill-sets demonstrated by a
formal tasting.
● Lead Saute
● Fry Cook
● Prep Cook
● Dish / Porter

Requirements & Expectations
To join this team, you must be a professional. We welcome a multi-cultural staff and value diversity, but

● Experience is Mandatory: You must understand kitchen terminology, safety, and flow.
● The Gear: You must possess your own knives and tools appropriate for your station.
● The Stage: Be willing to work a stage (working interview) to demonstrate your skills.
● The Discipline: You must be able to take direction, respect the brigade hierarchy, and maintain a
pristine workstation.
● The Logistics:
○ Clean criminal record.
○ Reliable transportation.
○ Open availability (nights/weekends).
